Debra Clayton’s first book, Rap Superstar is a hip-hop love story that brings together the two main characters Randi and Anthony (aka Animalistic). Randi is a down to earth well manner country girl while Anthony is an out of control rap star that has women throwing themselves at his disposal. When they meet, Randi ensures him that she will not fall for any of his arrogance. He instantly falls for her knowing she is the one that will help him respect himself and women.

This book is for the reader that is looking for a good book to read on a rainy day. It is not full of much drama and it gives a good picture of how love is won, and can be lost if the wrong mistake is made. I think any reader will also find that it gives a good frictional account of what goes on in the world of entertainers and how they cope with feelings and everyday life. So, for the reader that is looking for a good love story to curl up with and get lost in then this book will satisfy you.
